Shipping policy

At 3R Padel store (Tetiana Sosniak, NIE Y9755526K), we want you to receive your products as quickly and safely as possible. Below, we detail the shipping conditions applicable to orders placed on 3rpadeltienda.com.

1. Shipping Area

Currently, we only ship within Spain (peninsular territory). If you need to receive your order in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, or outside of Spain, please contact us before purchasing at 3rpadelclub@gmail.com to confirm availability and cost.

2. Carrier

Shipments are made through the transport company SEUR.

3. Delivery Options and Times

We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping: estimated delivery 3 to 5 business days.
Express Shipping: estimated delivery 1 to 2 business days.

These times are counted from the confirmation and preparation of the order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may have this period altered, being processed on the next business day.

These deadlines are estimated and do not constitute a strict contractual obligation, as they may be affected by causes beyond the control of 3R Padel store (carrier incidents, weather conditions, high demand, etc.).

4. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: €6.99.
Express Shipping: €8.95.
Free shipping (Standard or Express) on orders over €60. The corresponding cost for the chosen option will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before confirming the order.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days. You will receive a confirmation email when you make your purchase and, when the order is shipped, another email with tracking information (if the carrier allows it).

6. Delivery Incidents

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, has damaged packaging, or is missing an item, please contact us within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt (or from the estimated delivery date) via 3rpadelclub@gmail.com or by phone at +34 645 81 46 74, indicating your order number.
