Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a 12K and an 18K padel racket?

It refers to the carbon fiber weave. The 18K is denser and stiffer: it transmits more power and offers a drier feel. The 12K is somewhat more flexible and comfortable, with better ball exit. For the same model, the 18K requires more technique and the 12K is more forgiving.

What racket weight should I choose?

As a reference: 350–360 g for control profiles and women's play, 360–370 g for mixed play, and 370–375 g if you are looking for power. If you are in doubt between two weights, choose the lighter one: it tires your arm less and facilitates technique.

Are NOX rackets original?

Yes. All our rackets are official NOX products, new and unused. We do not work with second-hand material.

Can I see the rackets in a physical store?

Yes. We have a physical store in San Pedro del Pinatar (Murcia), where you can see and compare the material in hand before buying it.

How long does my order take to arrive?

We prepare the order in 1–2 business days and ship with SEUR. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days and Express takes 1–2. We ship to mainland Spain.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on orders over €60, for both Standard and Express. All NOX rackets on this page exceed that amount, so their shipping is free. Below €60, shipping costs €6.99 (Standard) or €8.95 (Express).

Can I return the racket if I'm not satisfied?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are at your expense, and we process the refund within a maximum of 14 days. We also accept exchanges. Consult our Refund and Return Policy.
