General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Conditions") govern the purchase of products through the website 3rpadeltienda.com (the "Website"), owned by Tetiana Sosniak, operating under the trade name 3R Padel tienda, with NIE Y9755526K and address at Calle Cabo de La Nao 12, ap 8, piso 1, 03189, Orihuela Costa, Alicante.

By placing an order on the Website, the customer expressly accepts these Conditions, which complement the provisions of the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy, and the Refund and Returns Policy.

1. Scope of application

These Conditions apply to all purchases made by consumers and users through the Website, and are applicable in Spanish territory as indicated in the Shipping Policy.

2. Products and availability

The products offered on the Website are described as accurately as possible (characteristics, images, and price). However, images are for illustrative purposes and there may be minimal variations from the actual product.

All products are subject to availability. If, after placing an order, we detect that a product is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible, offering you an equivalent product or a full refund of the amount paid.

3. Prices and taxes

All prices shown on the Website include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), expressed in euros (€). Shipping costs are indicated separately and detailed in accordance with the Shipping Policy before completing the purchase.

3R Padel tienda reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Purchase process

Selection of product(s) and addition to the shopping cart.
Review of the order and the total amount (products + shipping costs).
Entry of shipping and billing data.
Selection of payment method.
Order confirmation, which implies acceptance of these Conditions.

You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order.

5. Payment methods

Currently, the Website accepts payments via credit/debit card through Shopify Payments. Payment is processed securely and encrypted; 3R Padel tienda does not store your full card details.

6. Contract perfection

The sales contract is deemed perfected at the moment you receive the order confirmation email from 3R Padel tienda, at which point both parties are bound by these Conditions.

7. Delivery

Shipping times, zones, and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. 3R Padel tienda is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase without needing to provide justification, in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy, applying Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU).

9. Legal guarantee

All products sold come with a legal conformity guarantee of 3 years from delivery, in accordance with Royal Decree-Law 7/2021. For the first 2 years, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile, in accordance with Spanish consumer and user protection regulations.
