General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Conditions") govern the purchase of products through the website 3rpadeltienda.com (the "Website"), owned by 3R PADEL TIENDA, S.L., operating under the trade name 3R Padel tienda, with tax ID (NIF) B05573373 and registered office at Calle Ambrosio Lucas Imbernón 5, puerta A, 30740 San Pedro del Pinatar, Murcia, Spain.

By placing an order on the Website, the customer expressly accepts these Conditions, which complement the provisions of the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy, and the Refund and Returns Policy.

1. Scope of application

These Conditions apply to all purchases made by consumers and users through the Website, and are applicable in Spanish territory as indicated in the Shipping Policy.

2. Products and availability

The products offered on the Website are described as accurately as possible (characteristics, images, and price). However, images are for illustrative purposes and there may be minimal variations from the actual product.

All products are subject to availability. If, after placing an order, we detect that a product is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible, offering you an equivalent product or a full refund of the amount paid.

3. Prices and taxes

All prices shown on the Website include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), expressed in euros (€). Shipping costs are indicated separately and detailed in accordance with the Shipping Policy before completing the purchase.

3R Padel tienda reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Purchase process

  1. Selection of product(s) and addition to the shopping cart.
  2. Review of the order and the total amount (products + shipping costs).
  3. Entry of shipping and billing data.
  4. Selection of payment method.
  5. Order confirmation, which implies acceptance of these Conditions.

You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order.

5. Payment methods

Currently, the Website accepts payments via credit/debit card through Shopify Payments. Payment is processed securely and encrypted; 3R Padel tienda does not store your full card details.

6. Conclusion of the contract

The sales contract is deemed concluded at the moment you receive the order confirmation email from 3R Padel tienda, at which point both parties are bound by these Conditions.

7. Delivery

Shipping times, zones, and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. 3R Padel tienda is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase without needing to provide justification, in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy, applying Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU). This right does not apply to padel camp bookings (see section 13).

9. Legal guarantee

All products sold come with a legal conformity guarantee of 3 years from delivery, in accordance with Royal Decree-Law 7/2021. For the first 2 years, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.

10. Claims and complaint forms

As a consumer, you also have the right to request official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones), available at our physical shop, and to contact the consumer affairs services of your autonomous community.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile, in accordance with Spanish consumer and user protection regulations.

13. Padel camps

The following terms apply to bookings of 3R Padel Camp padel camps and, as regards these camps, prevail over the sections above.

13.1 Organiser

The camps are organised by 3R PADEL TIENDA, S.L. (NIF B05573373), Calle Ambrosio Lucas Imbernón 5, puerta A, 30740 San Pedro del Pinatar (Murcia), Spain. Training takes place at the Polideportivo San Pedro, Av. los Antolinos s/n, San Pedro del Pinatar.

13.2 Booking and payment

Your place is confirmed when you pay the €150 deposit or the full camp price online. If you pay the deposit, the remaining amount is paid in person on day 1, before the first session (card or cash). All prices are per person and include 21% VAT. Each camp has limited places.

13.3 Cancellation by the participant

Bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel, do not attend, or leave the camp once it has started, the deposit or amount paid is not refunded. You may transfer your place to another person by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours before the camp starts.

13.4 Right of withdrawal

As this is a leisure and sports service for specific dates, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with article 103 l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU).

13.5 Cancellation or changes by the organiser

Each camp requires a minimum of 3 participants. If this minimum is not reached, we will notify you at least 7 days in advance and offer you another date or a full refund of the amount paid.

If a session cannot take place due to rain, force majeure or other causes beyond our control, we will try to make it up during the camp or on another date; if that is not possible, we will refund the proportional part of the sessions not delivered. Schedules and coach assignments may be adjusted for organisational reasons, while keeping the contracted training hours.

13.6 Health and liability

Padel is a physical activity with inherent risks. By booking, you declare that you are in suitable health to train around 4 hours a day and agree to inform us of any relevant injury or condition. 3R PADEL TIENDA, S.L. is not liable for injuries or damage arising from the practice of sport, except in cases of its own negligence, nor for the loss of or damage to personal belongings. We recommend having your own sports or travel insurance.

13.7 Minors

Participants under 18 may only take part with the written authorisation of their parent or legal guardian.

13.8 Photos and videos

During the camp a professional photographer will take photos and videos of the training sessions, which you will receive. We will only publish images in which you appear on 3R's website and social media with your consent; you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

13.9 Conduct

We may exclude from the camp, without refund, any participant whose behaviour puts safety or the proper running of the sessions at risk.
