Refund and Returns Policy

At 3R Padel store (Tetiana Sosniak, NIE Y9755526K), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy describes your right of withdrawal and the return and refund procedure, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, "TRLGDCU").

1. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase, without needing to justify your decision and without any penalty, except as indicated in this policy regarding return costs.

To exercise this right, you must notify us unequivocally before the deadline expires, by:

2. Conditions for return

For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following requirements:

Be unused, in perfect condition and with its original packaging, labels, and accessories.
Not have been customized, custom-strung, or modified at the customer's request.
For hygiene reasons, returns of products that have been in direct contact with the body and whose seal/packaging has been opened are not accepted (e.g., used overgrips or grips, wristbands, or technical underwear, if applicable).

Products made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Art. 103 TRLGDCU).

3. Return costs

The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is our error (defective, incorrect, or damaged product during transport), in which case 3R Padel store will cover these costs.

4. Return address

Products must be sent to the following address:

We recommend contacting us before sending the return to confirm the process and, if possible, include the order number inside the package.

5. Refund

Once the returned product has been received and verified (checking that it meets the conditions in point 2), we will proceed with the refund of the corresponding amount within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used in the original purchase, unless you expressly agree to another method.

The original shipping cost (outbound) will only be refunded if the entire order is returned; if only part of the order is returned, the amount of the returned products will be refunded, not the initial shipping costs.

6. Defective products or legal warranty

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at 3rpadelclub@gmail.com. In addition to the right of withdrawal, all products come with a 3-year legal conformity guarantee (Royal Decree-Law 7/2021), during which you have the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract in case of product non-conformity, at no cost to you.

7. Product exchanges (size/model)

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, the same conditions and deadlines as for a return apply; we recommend contacting us first to check the availability of the desired item.
